What is Hypnosis

 Almost everyone can benefit from Hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis is a relaxed state of concentration, as if someone's mind is so far away, ex. the person is focussing on a book or other things.  The person's attention is somewhere else, is not aware of what's going on in the background.  Hypnotherapy and TPM (thought pattern management) practitioners  work with both the conscious and unconscious mind.  This helps to bring about changes within the mind and body quickly.   

How do Hypnosis and  TPM work together

The mind works on two levels - the conscious and the unconscious. Using hypnotherapy and TPM, the practitioner can access both the conscious and the unconscious mind.  The client does not have to go into a deep trance  in order to achieve the results.   
On the conscious level, one is aware of what's going on, whereas on the subconscious level the mind controls the  automated behaviour, the habits.

While having treatment,  the client is relaxed, the practioner can communicate directly, with both the conscious and the unconscious level. The client is also aware of what's going on, can talk, answer and ask questions.

Hypnotherapy together with TPM can help clients to find solution to their problems through  positive thinking, that is repatterning their mind.  The unconscious mind controls all physical, mental and emotional programs.  The problems are dissociated with the problems.  The client learns to associate with positivity.

This type of treatment helps people to create positive pathways.  The mind controls and the body responds to the latter.

Wide range of isssues can be dealt with quickly,  such as help with boost confidence & competence, deal with performance anxiety,  sports, exams,  speech etc.,  how to stop bad habits such as nail biting (people who bite their nails are unaware what they are doing),  phobias and many others.

Negative behaviour can be reframed  into positive behaviour by repatterning the mind .

Changing the mind pattern, from negativity to  positivity,  this can help one to feel healthier  psychologically, emotionally and physically.  One can also control and reduce physical pain.

Through hypnosis and TPM, positive suggestion is communicated to the unconscious mind in order to allow changes to take place.  The person is in control and is safe.  The client can always come out of hypnosis state.
